About me

Hi! I am an applied policy researcher and impact evaluation specialist holding a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

My research centers on the evaluation of social inclusion interventions and economic development programs by combining quantitative policy analysis, experimental methods, and behavioral insights. Methodologically, I specialize in the design, execution, and econometric evaluation of randomized control trials (RCTs), with a focus on the institutionalization of evidence-based policies. 

In addition to my academic research, I bring over a decade of technical consulting experience for multilateral institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). My advisory work spans climate risk finance, catastrophe bonds, and MSME financial inclusion across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia.
